All items we ship are fully insured during transit and while in our care. Each piece is meticulously documented and photographed upon receipt to accurately record its condition. It’s important to note that we are not responsible for any cracked stones that arrive in such condition; our detailed documentation ensures that the state of each item is well recorded, protecting us and clarifying the item’s condition prior to our handling. This process is essential for maintaining transparency and trust, as well as ensuring that all parties are aware of the item’s condition from the outset.
For the first three months following your purchase from re-vamp.com, we offer one complimentary repair on your item, provided that the damage is not due to misuse or breakage caused by you. Should your item require repair after three months or if the damage is due to misuse, repair and shipping fees will be charged varying by the item’s style and the nature of the repair.
If the repair is not due to misuse or breakage caused by you, we will issue an insured, prepaid label for shipping items needing repair. You have 7 days from label generation to drop off your package at a local FedEx facility. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, or any modification made to a piece by a third party.
